Blackburn Audi were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they were very helpful and as I live in Scotland gave me a better deal as I would have got local.This is the second time that I have used Swansway garages.

My experience at Blackburn Audi could have been better because, James was friendly and hospitable however everything was rushed. We turned up early however the staff seem rushed and there is a feeling of rushing to the next sale. Number plates were done which was appreciated however holes were in the wrong place so of no use. I washed the car. for the first time and there is a 50cm crack below the windscreen wipers which no one could ever have seen. I will send pictures tomorrow. This should have been picked up during checks. The windscreen requires replacing and plates redone. Did not feel like a premium experience.
