Blackburn Audi were great because there was no hard sell. Just knowledgable well trained courteous people. Scarlett and Amelia were both lovely, made us feel very welcome.
Scarlett made sure all the small issues we picked up were rectified. Amelia made the sale and document transfer process vey easy. Great staff and a very friendly customer service. I had to drive back to Liverpool, so the half tank of petrol I was given meant I could drive straight home.
I would highly recommend them.
